We are a non-profit organization for students who combine technological understanding with management skills.
Through connecting university groups in the field of Industrial Engineering and Management (IEM), ESTIEM aims to create a vibrant community of future leaders, innovators, and global citizens across Europe. We provide a variety of development opportunities in the form of events, publications, programmes and more, preparing our members for their journey after university.

ESTIEM empowers students to take charge of their ideas by organizing week-long events, initiating impactful projects, and mastering organizational skills. With opportunities to lead and create, participants can leave a lasting mark on the European stage.
Students can take on leadership roles by managing international teams and coordinating projects within ESTIEM. These positions allow participants to step out of their comfort zones and gain invaluable experience in leading diverse groups.
